At Giscours, wine and food are one, because both come from the same site and express the wealth of its resources. In the Château Giscours dining room, discover the cuisine created by our chef Benjamin Laurent. The majority of the produce used in his dishes comes from Giscours: fruit and vegetables from the vegetable garden, eggs from the chicken coop, or Giscours beef or lamb. Seasonal, refined cuisine enjoyed in a magical setting.
Located in the Old Stables just a stone’s throw from the Château, our three guest rooms overlook the vineyards. Whether for one night or several days, it is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and enjoy a magnificent landscape at the heart of Bordeaux’s vineyards.
