L’Atelier des Sens is an immersive experience that invites you to discover wine differently, by engaging sight, smell, and taste. Designed as a playful and educational moment, this workshop emphasizes experimentation and sharing rather than a traditional site visit.

After an introduction to the Château and a visit to the cellar, participants are guided through a series of sensory exercises: discovering aromas, understanding grape varieties, learning the basics of blending, and enjoying a guided tasting. Each stage helps refine perceptions and better understand the richness of a great wine.

The experience concludes with a tasting of the estate’s wines, in a convivial and interactive spirit. Accessible to both novices and enthusiasts, L’Atelier des Sens is an invitation to learn while having fun, at the heart of Giscours.
