More than just a rosé –
a new signature wine
This latest addition to the range already has a wonderful reputation as ‘Bordeaux’s best rosé’. Guided by the same care and attention paid to making our Grand Cru Classé Château Giscours, our teams precisely selected a plot of Cabernet Sauvignon set aside for this rosé and monitor it all year round.
We harvest the Cabernet Sauvignon gently at an early stage to obtain freshness and fruity aromas. Only the first pressing juices are selected, and fermented at the proper temperature.
