How to get to the château
The Château is on the D2 (“Route des Châteaux”) between the municipalities of Macau and Labarde.
From Mérignac airport / 25 km / approx. 40 minutes
– Take the ring road towards Paris
– Take exit no. 7 (D2215) towards Le Verdon, Pauillac
– After 1 km, take the D2 on the right towards Blanquefort, Macau, Pauillac
– Pass through Blanquefort, Caychac and Macau (D2)
From Bordeaux Lac / 19 km / approx. 20 minutes
– Take exit no. 7 towards Blanquefort, Pauillac
– Pass through Blanquefort, Caychac and Macau (D2)
– 1.5 km after Macau, the entrance to Giscours is on the left.
From St Jean station (Bordeaux city centre) / 38 km / approx. 50 minutes
– Take the A631 then the N230 and A630 (ring road)
– Take exit no. 7 towards Blanquefort, Pauillac
– Pass through Blanquefort, Caychac and Macau (D2)
– 1.5 km after Macau, the entrance to Giscours is on the left.
Parking
For tours, guest rooms and access to the shop, a car park is available in front of the old stables.
Suzanne farm has a car park for events.
Accessibility
The shop and tasting room are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Permitted animals
Given the many animals on our site, dogs are not allowed on the estate, even on a lead.
